You will be downloading a single file name: X-Button-1.5

Do not open the file,do not install it... do nothing other than copy it on your Mogul. I can not address how important is that you will be copying only one file to your Mogul. Then, once on your Mogul, use file explorer to just click on it and the application will start installing. It will prompt you if you want to install it on the 'main memory or on the 'storage card'. The desktop computer intervention is only to download the file and copy/paste it to the mogul... nothing else.

Add speed dial to your today screen including pictures of your contacts.

To fix contact problem with WLM

This is the HTC Home plug in, plus a program to customize it.  It greatly increases the usability of the phone, and gives it a great look.  Make sure you install the plugin first, and then, extract the customizer to your device/memory card.  Then, go into the folder in which you've extracted the customizer and run the program manually.  I havn't been able to find the customizer under programs or anything like that.  Enjoy!
